How to return my drum cartridges to Katun
Simply contact your Katun Sales Representative or fill out the Recycling Shipping Request Form to request free, prepaid shipping labels or arrange a free pallet pickup. Then:
- Write your business name and Katun account number on the pre-paid shipping label. To receive your cash payment your Katun account number must be on the label.
NOTE: If you do not have a Katun account number, please complete the Account Application Form to request an account prior to shipping cartridges. - Affix the label to the package to be returned and ship.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I return my drum cartridges to Katun?
Simply contact your Katun Sales Representative or fill out the Recycling Shipping Request Form to request free, prepaid shipping labels or arrange a free pallet pickup. Then:
- Write your business name and Katun account number on the pre-paid shipping label. To receive your cash payment your Katun account number must be on the label.

Who pays the shipping costs for returned cartridges?
Katun will pay the shipping costs by providing prepaid shipping labels or car freight Bill of Lading for truck shipments of larger quantities of empty drum cartridges.
If the drum cartridge I send in is damaged or incomplete (unusable), do I still receive the buy-back price?
No. Katun will not grant the buy-back price for those cartridges received incomplete or damaged. You can maximize used drum cartridge acceptance by ensuring that only those that appear remanufacturable (e.g. no missing parts or frame damage) are shipped to Katun.
What value will I receive if the buy back price is changed while my product is being shipped?
The buy-back price granted will be based upon the current price on the date of receipt of the returned cartridge.
How should I package my empty drum cartridges for return?
The original packaging is always the best way to protect the drum cartridge during shipping. You may return drum cartridges to us in single-unit or pallet configuration. We encourage all our customers to return product to us in larger quantities to control cost and to minimize damage to the units.

Single Unit ReturnUsing the packaging materials that came with your new cartridge or bottles, place the empty units in the new box. Seal the box. Place the appropriate shipping document on the shipping box. Ship to the applicable Katun recycling center. Note: Please do not return damaged or incomplete units. Buy-back prices will not be given for these units. |
Pallet

Pallet ReturnUse standard size pallets in good condition. Using the packaging materials that came with your new cartridges or bottles, place the empty units in the new box. Seal the box. Stack sealed boxes on the pallet. Securely band and/or wrap pallet. Use corner boards and pallet covers to protect the shipment. Contact your Katun Sales Representative or fill out the Recycling Shipping Request Form to arrange the pallet pickup. Note: Please do not return damaged or incomplete units. |
