MINNEAPOLIS -- (July, 2009) -- Katun Corporation, the world’s leading alternative supplier to the office equipment industry, is proud to introduce the Katun® Performance™ drum unit/cartridge for use in Canon imageRUNNER 1018/1023-series digital copier/printers. This remanufactured Katun® Performance™ DU/C has been developed and tested to ensure full compatibility with the OEM toner, and to provide print quality, toner yields and performance equivalent to that received when using the OEM DU/C with OEM toner.

This Katun DU/C is the result of a robust remanufacturing process, which includes replacement of the OPC drum, drum cleaning blade, and primary charging roller. As with other Katun® Performance™ products, this drum unit/cartridge consistently delivers overall performance (including image density, background and yields) equivalent to that of a new OEM DU/C. And like other Katun® Performance™ remanufactured DU/Cs, customers can expect OEM-equivalent performance at a fraction of the cost of a new OEM drum unit, thereby providing the best overall value.
