Previously Ordered Products Search

A great time saver! Assemble your order quickly using a custom-built list of products that you have ordered previously. We'll keep track of products you order - simply select which products you want to order and click on the "Add to Order" button.

Model/Product Search

You establish the criteria - whether very specific or very broad - based on your needs, and this extremely versatile search function does the rest! No need for part numbers! Simply zero in by OEM, equipment type, model, and product category. For example, with just a few clicks you can find:

• all the Katun toners for use in Canon copiers
• all Katun products available for use in the Konica 7050 digital copier/printer
• thousands of other variations - based on your specific needs.

Part Number Searches

This "intelligent" search function enables you to enter full or partial part numbers - with or without spaces or punctuation marks (such as hyphens) - to quickly locate the product you need. Works with Katun part numbers as well as OEM part numbers.

More Language Options

Now all versions of the Katun Online Catalogue will be accessible in any of our standard languages: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. If the Katun Online Catalogue was previously displayed in a language that was not ideal for you, you can now select from one of our other supported languages. Plus... look for the addition of Chinese and Russian in the near future.

Easy Access to Model Equivalencies

Link to Katun's model equivalency list directly from the top of every page of search results. The list shows which OEM models are sold under other brand names.

Full or Partial Product Descriptions

Now you can choose whether you see full or partial product descriptions in your initial search results. Search results with partial descriptions can be processed more quickly, and give you the option of accessing more information with one click - whereas full product descriptions give you all the relevant product information, right up front. Either way - it's your choice!

More In-Depth Product Descriptions

Some product listings, including corona wires, cleaning blades, and various fusing elements, now include more in-depth descriptions specific to the function a product performs within a machine. These descriptions also include notes regarding package labeling, such as “packaged for use in Ricoh.”

Product Images

Many of our product listings, including our service accessories, now feature product images, allowing you to see what you’re getting – even before you get it.

When we introduce new products that meet the criteria you've selected, you'll be notified via e-mail of their availability and price. You can even link directly from the e-mail to the Online Catalogue search results and add the items to your online order!

"Basic" Version of Online Catalogue for Technicians and Others 

If there are employees within your organization that would like to have access the Katun Online Catalogue, but you do not want to give them the ability to see pricing or place orders, they can now register and get immediate access to the basic version of our online catalogue.

Easy Access to Four Key Areas

Four symbols are found at the top of each page, enabling you to easily access their features from virtually anywhere within the Online Catalogue area of www.katun.com. They include:

Quick Order

The Quick Order feature enables you to order up to ten products at a time by simply typing in the Katun part number and quantity for each, and clicking on the Add to Order button.

View Order

The number of items on your current order appears under this symbol, which can be seen on virtually every page. Want more information? Simply click on the symbol to view your current order. The View Order page is also where you'll find the Quick Order feature, which enables you to quickly add a product to your order by simply typing in the Katun part number.

My Account

My Account puts all of your vital account information together in one place. You can change your password, language preferences, e-mail address, shipping address, the name on your account, or your New Product Announcements criteria. Select the number of items you want to display when conducting a search, or review your purchase history, which includes order dates, ship-to-addresses, and more. You can also download helpful forms.

Katun Performance

indicates this is a Katun Performance product.

In Stock/Out-of-Stock

indicates a product is in stock.

indicates a product is temporarily out of stock. In these cases, an estimated product availability date will be provided. If you order an out-of-stock product, it will be put on backorder.

Universal Product

indicates that one Katun part number is universal to multiple OEM part numbers, a list of which can be seen by clicking on the Universal symbol. Purchasing universal products allows you to maintain inventory more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Part Numbers are Changing

Katun is standardizing our part numbers to ensure the part number you order is identical to the part number on the Katun package. We will be shortening (compressing) our order part numbers so that the last several (six or fewer) digits of the current part number will become the new part number.

Ordering Personalized Products

Katun Online Catalogue users will no longer be asked if they want their imaging supplies personalized; these products will be ordered directly using personalized product part numbers - both personalized and non-personalized options will appear in search results for customers enrolled in the program.
