MINNEAPOLIS – (December 4, 2015) – Recently Toshiba America Business Solutions (TABS), together with its co-plaintiff Toshiba TEC Corporation (TTEC), filed suit in the U.S. against Katun Corporation, asserting potential patent infringement of certain Toshiba patents.
