About the Role – Are you a results-oriented Sales Manager with a passion for driving revenue growth in the dynamic digital printer market? We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Sales Manager Europe. In this role, you will build, lead and coordinate a NEW PROJECT, establishing a strong market presence and driving customer satisfaction across the European region. If you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the digital printer industry, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration for digital printer machines and consumables in the European region.
  • Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of the new project, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to project goals.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners, identifying business opportunities and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supplier teams to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and provide feedback for product improvements and new product development.
  • Analyze market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly to maximize market share and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

What skills will you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 8+ years as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the digital printer or related technology industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the European region.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital printer market, including industry trends, key players, and customer needs.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data, customer insights, and sales metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
  • Fluent English, other languages appreciated.
